Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and business minded Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite in Fullerton, CA. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who wants to build a long-term career in aerospace sales and commercial leadership.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in pricing, quoting, customer outreach, and internal coordination — supporting multiple business units while being mentored by one of our most experienced leaders. This role is designed to develop into a Sales Engineer within 12–24 months, with a long-term growth path towards leadership roles. This is an onsite position that will be based out of Fullerton, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer forecasting and prepare formal quotes
  • Own pricing updates and approvals in coordination with business unit leaders
  • Support long-term pricing agreements (LTA review, escalation tracking)
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach to drive quoting, backlog alignment, and issue resolution
  • Lead follow-up on RMAs, repair quotes, and non-conforming product claims
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service to resolve delivery and quality issues
  • Monitor and reduce rejection and repair aging
  • Contribute to SIOP planning and backlog clean-up initiatives
  • Remain current on industry events affecting primary customers and competition
  • Internal liaison between Sales and the other departments involved at different stages of the Sales cycle
  • Support the Sales Engineers and Business Unit Managers in preparing material for customer visits
  • Actively manage past proposal activities and proposals currently in work
  • Take on special projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or business operations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Interest in technical products and long-term growth into external sales roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow

  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time and an air-conditioned and heated office.  The noise level is moderate.  The factory floor is in the same building as the office
