Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the APAC region. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts, expanding our presence with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace sales, a proven ability to develop strategic relationships, and a track record identifying and winning new business. This is a road warrior role with 60% or more travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation: $120k - $150k+ Up to 10% Bonus based on bookings performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets with a focus on new business.
- Manage and expand relationships with Airlines, MRO’s, OEMs and key sub tiers in region.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Represent Adams Rite Aerospace at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Travel within the assigned region (60% or more).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of sales experience in aerospace.
- Strong network within the aviation sector, particularly with OEMs, Airlines, and MROs.
- Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
